How to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data for marketplace buyers and for sellers using the Indi Andaz seller portal and apps.
Overview
This page explains how to request deletion or restriction of personal data associated with Indi Andaz. We operate a shopper-facing website and a seller portal (web and mobile app) for vendors—requests depend on which relationship applies to you.
Shoppers (marketplace buyers)
To exercise access, correction, or deletion rights for your customer account or order data, contact us using the details on our Contact page or the email shown in our Privacy Policy. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time under applicable law.
Sellers (portal & seller app)
- Disconnect optional integrations first: If you connected Meta (Facebook / Instagram / Messenger) for automation, disconnect it in Store & settings in the seller portal or app so we can revoke tokens on our side.
- Account closure: Email us from your registered seller contact to request closure of your seller account and deletion of associated personal data, subject to legal and accounting retention needs (e.g. completed transactions, tax records).
- Verification: We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account (e.g. registered mobile or email) before processing deletion.
Meta / Facebook data
After you disconnect Meta in our seller settings, we stop using your Meta tokens for Indi Andaz features. Meta may retain data under Meta’s own policies; you can also review privacy controls in your Meta Business and Instagram settings.
